    what is it and what does it do?

    never heard of it before joining on here

    what one would you recomend and how do you apply?

    best one to start with is Meguiars one they sell it in Halfords, spay on and then go over the car with the clay. really simple and Very effective

    What does it do? It removes all the crap stuck to the paint and leaves it feeling like glass. You then need to polish and wax it to protect the paint.

    a good test is cover your hand with cling film & slide it across your paint work

    then do it again once clayed
