Which oil?? 3.0 V6CDTI
A little confused whan it comes to choosing the correct oil, supposidly the correct oil can save on engine wear, provide better performance and economy etc etc. Does it really matter that much?
What type of oil is best for the Vectra 3.0 V6 CDTI;
Vauxhall - Recommends several for some reason: 0w-30 / 0w-40 / 5w-30 / 5w-40 / 10w-30 / 10w-40.
Castrol - Based on my reg their website recommends: Castrol Edge 0w-30.
You're best off using 5w30 fully synthetic.
The genuine GM oil is a very good price at Autovaux.
Big engine so presume it holds a bit, how many litres will i need for a oil change?
