...to get a little oil leak sorted on the engine. Got details of the loaner, a 2008 1.2 Corsa Club. Man, that'll be quick.
I used to have a 1.2 Corsa C and it was like a dead dog, the Corsa D will be worse.

I was given a Corsa years ago, when my Range Rover was being repaired at VX main delaer (insurance said they had to repair it ??)
I was use to driving a 3500V8 auto
they gave me a 900cc 4 speed manual, it was so tiny i couldnt turn the window winders as they touched my knee
Ive never felt so embarressed
Guy at work has a 1.8T Corsa C packing around 200BHP.
Got the car for around 5.5k, spent 8k in mods

Downhill
Sounds like the one i had a few weeks ago
Someone drove into the back of the Mrs' Signum 3 weeks ago when she was on her way to Ikea...she got given a Mazda 6 2.0D 143bhp for a week as a loaner while they fixed hers up. Funny how you get given better cars when the other guy's insurance is going to have to pick up the bill
This is sooooo true. Mrs John C S was offered lots of cars when our vectra was being repaired as it was hit by another driver and hence an insurance claim.
Drive Vx in bristol, a courtesy Agila if you book your service 6 months in advance and then you still have to answer a questionaire as to why you need it.
Easier to let them drop you home or to work and pick you up again or wait the cursory 2 hours for it to be serviced
Anyhoo, finally got it in today. Was told by a member of AON that there's a recall for the Z18XER engine to plug a faulty camshaft seal. I thought it was probably that, as there was a significant quantity of oil coing out of the cambelt cover near the cam phasers.
But, they've ordered a crankshaft oil seal, cambelt, and tensioner.
So more oil ****ing while the parts come in and hopefully no belt failure in the meantime.
