Matt chrome bottom spoke (pre facelift sri 3 spoke wheel)

Is this to replace the bottom spoke (matt black) piece on the steering wheel? Im guessing by "matt chrome" it's the same colour as the other 2 spokes on the steering wheel (SRI)?

Sorry if that is a bit confusing, i'm just making sure.

Yep that's Ramsey in the Fens, i know March, i'm sometimes working there

Back home to see my Mum for Christmas, she's still there. Used to go over to Ramsey to play rugby against the school in the 80s, remember they used to have red/burgandy blazers.
