If it is like on mine though mine is a 3.2 v6. I think you will find it at the rear by the back wheel.
It is on the right hand side.

The fuel filter on a 2.0 DTI should be at the rear of the engine compartment adjacent (right) to the coolant expansion tank. I think that you may have to bleed the system after changing the filter.

According to the Haynes on1.9 engines do this:- to bleed the system switch the igntion on three times (do not start engine) for about 15 seconds each time, it SHOULD now start. If it fails to start wait for a few minutes then repeat operation. But on 2.0 and2.2 engines a Bosch VP44 pump is used, a bleeder kit VX part number KM-948 will be required along with a long operation, takes up about half a page!!! It also states that in theory a few cranks of the engine may work, but this may also result in damage to the pump and that it is up to the owner. Good luck.

I changed mine a few weeks back , just undo the torx bolt , remove bolt and then take out filter , replace the filter. I did loose a bit of fuel maybe 100ml . Once back together she turned over after half a dozen attempts. BTW I have the 2.0dti Vectra
