Default I don't want to be sexist, but.........

The wife called when I was driving home last night. "I think there's a problem with the lights on the Signum".
    "What's up?".
"It's saying something about the left hand headlight on the centre display, and there's a big orange light bulb showing in the rev counter".
    "Is the headlight working?"

    ............" I don't know, I didn't look"

    Sigh..............

To be fair, I'm not sure I'd notice if one of my headlights stopped working - they're that rubbish...

You would notice, as you get a warning message of bulb failure. You then have to walk round the car to find the defective one, unless you have a more sophisicated system than on mine.

Mine has had two bulbs fail in the last couple of days off side headlight & today nearside side light. I didn't even check when the headlight warning came on, just took it straight to the dealer, they did knacker my parking sensors in the process though.

I've Phillips Vision Plus, so it's immediately noticeable! Luckily it was the nearside, so I could change it with minimal loss of skin. The only hard bit was finding the spares in the garage after I moved the ladder to get to the shelf and wiped out the flourescent tube on the ceiling in the process!
Took me a few minutes to find the elusive "Powerbulbs" box with a torch.
