    Default Ebay advice

I listing 5 similar items as BIN. I got a buyer within seconds who bought all 5 as I listed them as quantity 5 but little did I know that a mistake was in the listing which says 2 per lot. The buyer was thus expecting 10 devices.

Is there anything I can do? I have more devices so could keep him happy by sending him 5 more but can I cancel the transaction and get him to send them back?

Akward one there as he has bought what you listed, I understand that you probably didn't have time to do much about it.

Are we talking about a lot of money here?

If so then you maybe need to talk to the buyer or ebay themselves.

If we are only talking small amounts then take a hit and learn from it.

If its quite obvious that the price he paid for "two" is unrealistic then i'm sure you could cancel or void the transaction through ebay.

Just send him a message explaining so he knows what to expect for his money. You're under no obligation to sell or take his money.

Some people like you to think so, but no. That's why you can retract bids and file for a Final Value Fee credit in the event that someone backs out
