    Angry Ebay warning

    Hi Guys

I know from looking through posts that ebayseems to be a popular place for parts etc. I haven't used it for a while but yesterday my daughter wanted to buy some cheap bracelets so we ordered the braclets and went straight to my paypal account to pay the bill. At this point I was confronted with a frozen account. WHY?? someone had managed to get over £200 straight from my bank account through paypal. I'm now in heated discussions with paypal to get the money back and want them to explain how this happened and also why they were not suspicious of a conmpany called " GAMEFORGE gbh".

Hope this comes out before anyone else gets stung.

Avoid MIE like the plague, much better to make MOZILLA Firefox your browser. Search for it with Goggle and download v4.

Some tw$t hacked my Ebay account last year. The only way I found out was when I checked my Hotmail and there was a email saying that I had changed my password! Couldnt believe it! I tried to log in and they had even changed the registered email account so I couldnt reset my password or get control again... So I logged into Paypal... they'd changed the password to that to! So anyway, managed to get control of my accounts back and tried to close them down... ONLY to be told that I couldnt because transactions were in progress! They were trying to take money from my account.

So I went to the Bank, LLoyds TSB, to be greeted by a 12yr old chav look-a-like who told me they couldnt and wouldnt stop the transactions and I would need to talk to the fraud department once the money had gone and prove that it was fraud... and even then I wasnt guaranteed my money back!

SO I just logged on to Internet banking, closed my Credit Card and canceled the Paypal Direct Debit.

For about a month after I was getting emails from the Paypal and Ebay saying that I needed to give them new bank account details so that they could continue with the transactions! Couldnt believe it, really hacked me off!

Sorry to hijack there... Just wasnt to drip a little too!

Banks are cr4p! Really wish we didnt need them!
