Signum Design - how do you find the seats?

After having had 3 years of superb motoring from a 2.2i petrol signum elegance I traded it in two weeks ago for a 57 plate 150 diesel design.

Have to say that I love all the goodies in this model but my only reservation is the sports seats, there just doesn't seem to be enough room to sit without the sides of the seats pushing into you and causing aches after sitting in the car for a couple of hours. I have seen a few people say these are the most comfortable seats they have ever sat in but for me I just can't seem to find a comfortable position and I'm fairly average height/weight etc.

Anyone else experienced this or do I just need to stick it out and get used to it?

Got to say I find mine very comfy

Drove to south of France inthe summer and had no aches or pains and could walk when I got out at stops unlike previous cars I have driven on same trip. Stick with it m8

I had an Elite Signum before and found the seats comfortable, but the Design I have now are fantastic. I fid the seats very supportive and VERY comfortable. Thats important for me due to the miles I do.

Never a problem for me either, don't do so many miles in it these days, but 18000 miles in 6 months when I first got it and all was fine.

Even on the Millau trip, I think we all got out refreshed. Especially the sleepy git in the back.....

MY only minor complaint with the seats is being a big guy 6' 4" i could do with a little more support under my thigh's, No Problem squeezing into the seat myself.

My old alfa had MOMO leather sports seats and they were perfect for support just a little too hard. In general though the Design seats are great and very comfy.
