    Default So not fair!!!!!!

My beautiful car, my beautiful beautiful car. Minced meat by some stupid little girl. at least i gave her car a good mincing, just peed of that she is denying liability even though she pulled out on me from a junction and all the witnesses have said she wasn't looking, silly little girl.

take a look at the pics of my nicely written of car

And the worst part is i have only had it 5 weeks.

Sorry to see that Marky mate.

    Hope no one's hurt.

If you have witnesses, plus the road positioning etc. should prove she pulled out on you.

Pain in the A$$ though now you have to look for a car.

You should get a hire car I think?

I got one off a company called drive assist a few yrs ago. If its not your fault they supply a hire car & claim it back off other driver with uninsured losses (excess). No hassle for you.

    Sure it's a write off?

OUCH!!!! sorry to hear that markyboy!! must be really depressing.

she should've been paying less attention to her pink furry steering wheel cover and more to the road!!

hope you get it sorted out by the insurance and that you weren't injured, thats the main thing.

Gutting mate. You'll now have a huge arguement with the insurers about: your no-claims; getting fair value for the car; getting a replacement; getting a decent repair; your future insurance premium. Aggggh. it's not even the car it's the aggravation and cost !!!!!!!!!!!, Andy

Well, I've been investigating RTCs for eight of my eleven years in the job and from those photos that looks pretty straightforward to me.
You shouldn't have any problem claiming off her.

yup i'm majorly gutted, she's trying to accuse me of speeding on a 60mph road so the insurance won't give me a courtesy car, she's so cheeky if i'd been doing 60+ she would have been seriously hurt and been more bothered about her health rather than whose fault it was. as it stands she's probably got a bit of whiplash and thats it.

i if you were doing 60 mate the damage would have been a hell of a lot worse that just shows her inexperiance at driving plus the 206 would been mince if you hit it at that speed

Looks straight forward from the photos that she didn't see you and pulled out. No way were you doing 60, a veccy at 60 would have knocked the 206 into tomorrow and beyond, at that angle the veccy probably would've flipped and it's likely you'd both be in the morgue about now.
