spanner light

driving home today the dreaded spanner light came on then car had no power 60 mph in 6th gear. then light went off powere back then light on power away. its off now but does the car store faults? its a 150cdti. its 06 plate still under warranty with 51,000 miles any help is appreciated

will store the fault, most likly egr or swirl flaps just take it to dealer as under warrenty

I believe it stores about 20 fault codes.
