2006 Vectra SRi 1.8vvt 5dr hatch

Cars showing just 38k so runs and drives sweet !

I brought this car earlier in the yr as a family runabout
It has been used daily but now the mrs tells me she doesnt like it, as its a manual and too big?
The car did previously have a dash/ heater fire so it is technically a cat d writeoff. I replaced the full interior trim (down to a bare shell inside) inc all seats + cards with a half leather GSI trim, but all the rest fitted is from the correct 06 on facelift trim.
Bodywork is all very straight but the o/s wing does have an approx 6" mark in it. Other then that I would say its a very straight clean late car!
Yes it has a few little jobs that need sorting, like the correct + foglight light switch and 5spd gear nob rather then the 6spd it has atm, but as said they are little jobs. It also needs the abag module tech-2ing in/ fitting (brand new one supplied)
As the cars still just under 3 yrs old it doesnt need an mot yet, but I could put a years mot on it and also retax if the price is right?
Sorry no pics atm but I know a few peeps on here have seen it so would hope they could vouch for it, atleast to say its as described.
So what's it worth?

EDIT: Mine is a 2.2 direct SRi.....

They are selling 57 and 08 plates same spec at my local stealers for £6995 with 5k-12k so it will be tough to get more than £4k for it.
