    Default blank buttons

    I have to blank buttons on the right hand side of the radio, I know one of them is the traction control but what is the bottom one for?

    ah thanks, so what cars is this standard in and what does it do, obviously puts the car in sport mode but what does it actually do

    Only alters the suspension damping on cars fitted with "Interactive Driving system - plus (IDS Plus) with continuois damping control (CDC)".

    EDIT - IIRC was a factory fit option on most trim levels but only with 2.0 turbo, 3.2 V6, 1.9 CDTi (150) and 3.0CDTi V6.

    thanks, I guess if I had IDS plus fitted I'd already have a sport button

    Yep - also as well as the suspension bit mentioned above, it alters the throttle response i.e. the pedal is more sensitive so full throttle is reached with less pedal travel.

    I'm also pretty sure the steering stiffens up but not 100% sure.
