    Default Somewhere in Lincoln?

Im quite new to all this detailing stuff so bare with me! I'd like to take my car somewhere for a damn good cleaning. I don't mind paying good money for it. What would I ask for if I want it to be protected for as long a spossible afterwards? Also where would people recommend in the Lincoln area as I don't wantr to go miles away to havwe it done and then drive back and get it crapped up again. Thanks.

When you say good money how much did you have in mind? You can pay up to £300 for the full hit for a Pro. on DW which would include paint correction. Autobrite are doing a winter protection for arouind £70 but that's probably A bit far.

Collinite 915 is A superb winter wax. For the money I'd go with that.

You could always do it yoursrelf. This is John's car from yesterday.

    SRP followed by EGP.

    Default £300!

£300 is a bit much to be honest I was thinking £40- £50 which I know isn't big money but I'm not after anything show standard or anything, just a good clean and then a wax or whatever it is to protect it a bit from the winter.

    That's for full paint correction.

£40 to £50 should get you a decent valeter but I don't know the area I'm afraid. Sounds like it's not something you want to tackle yourself?

    Default me?

I would do it myself but I don't have anywhere I can get a water supply to do it. I'm not bothered about getting the inside done as that's not a problem for me to do.

    Default Sounds like a plan,

The next question after that then is if i just need to wax and polish a clean car and I've got £45 to spend, what should I buy? Bearing in mind I dont want to spend more than an hour doing it and my main objective is to give it a bit of protection from the crud!
