    Default MAFlow Voltage output.. Help

    Anyone got any idea if the Mass Air Flow should be giving a voltage output?

    Had the vectra cdti 150 hooked up to a diagnostics machine, it did not display any fault codes, but the guy said the Mass Air Flow sensor is not displaying any voltage

    should it be? do i need a new MAF sensor?

    The diagnostic machine should be able to show live data, it will output a voltage between high and low. Normally between 0 and 5V

    It was displaying 0 at idle, when revs were given it stayed at 0.

    is that correct?
