    Vehicle : Insignia

    Trim : Sri Nav VxLine

    Engine : 2.0 CDTI 160 ps

    Year : 2011

    Default should I buy......................

Havin a bit of a nightmare, i've been to Evans Halshaw at peterlee and signed for a new car

Its was 08 reg 1.9 cdti [150] SRi in Sapphire Black, which came with exterior pack and 19" snowflakes.

but i got a phone call today to tell me it's no longer available

I did origionally plan on buying a VXR but decided against it, when looking at what it was going to cost, for the car, tax, insurance, and fuel etc.

so I think i've convinced myself but some friendly input wont go amiss

    Should I buy...

A 57 reg 2.0 turbo in sapphire black, under 7000 miles with exterior pack, but no snowflakes.

Why was it no longer available? Surely if you've signed something its yours?

It will look like mine except mines a diesel.

I'd say go for it but I'm one of the few that doesn't like Snowflakes.

edit: Unless it's got the standard 17" alloys with the XP pack?

I signed on the saturday afternoon after seeing a picture on the computer, coz it was in their group stock and not actually at peterlee,

I know its probably not a good idea to sign the paperwork until you've seen the car, but i've done it like this a couple of times before and never had any prob's with Evans Halshaw Peterlee (plus my mate is manager there)

Either are great. Go for 2.0T if you can.

It was Evans Halshaw...now only available in white for that price and the offer was only on between 2.30am and 3am....

Try Davidson at Morpeth if you can travel. Hes good at sourcing VX cars

    That sounds very nice.

What was your initial reason for going for the 1.9? Are you doing a lot of miles?
