Croma

Hi I'm new to this forum, I have a fiat croma which is identical to a vectra underneath, so I thought I'd post some questions on this forum.

It's been really frustrating as no one lists parts for it, but all the parts I'm after are from one of the most common cars on the road.

And before you all say you should have bought a vectra I did think about it, but I have a congenital disorder which affects my whole family where we all buy fiats. I did buy a lancia once, but that's just a posh fiat.

I do like the epsilon platform my croma handles a lot better than my stilo, but the suspension is just as fragile which is dissappointing.

I've bought some discs/pads for a vectra and they appear to be the same, but I need a front offside caliper and fiat quoted 180 quid.

The brakes are stamped AE and it's the 285mm discs.

I also need the upper rear arms and I'm thinking the signum ones would be the best bet. Oh and my mechanic told me my rack was knackered and I read on here somewhere about inner tie rods is that a common problem?

Any help appreciated.

Hey Steve, might be worth posting in the wanted section on here. Some people have upgraded their 285mm brakes to 314 and might have the old ones spare. HTH.
