Four bolts basically hold them in place. two under the plastic covers by the footwell, two on the rear of the seat. You need to partly fold the seat to get the base to unlock, but then push the back of the seat back up again and hold the base in the forward position to then get into them. Bolts are T50 from memory, maybe T45.
Once you've undone the bolts let the seat flick back to the normal position and then tilt the seat forward/backward slightly (whichever works for you) and carefully to get into the plug for the tensioners etc. Pull the seat too much and you'll break the plug from the clip. It's difficult to describe how to unclip the plug, but you should suss it when you see it. You'll certainly find it easier if someone sits in the boot holding the weight of the seat and tilting it backwards while you have both hands to deal with the plug.
Once you've done, you'll need to clean up the bolts and apply fresh locking compound.
