Centre arm rest console

Ive just bought a 51 plate vecta but absolutely hate the centre console thingy between the front seats. Coz of it putting on the seatbelt is such a nuisance!! Is there a way to remove this?
Ive looked thru previous threads but any show the removal of a compartment bit, mine doesnt have a compartment just a big stupid solid grey block between the seats!!!

That because you have a Vec B and Not a C.


You can remove the arm rest thing. Open the lid and remove the black plastic liner to the storage box be removing the screws and lift out.

I am sure you will see how it come out then. It may not be very neat with the lower console when the storage box is removed though.

Thanks, but it doesnt have a lid or anything, its just a big solid piece of plastic thats why i cant work out where the screws are!

If it's anything like my old B, then it has a lid. Can't think of any Vec B's I've seen with this that doesn't open.
