Just done the white and completed the Yellow... and also the Poka Yoke tests, so got my yellow badge Monday

Looking to do the Green, just need to know whats involved

Its to do with business processes mate, similar (ish) to ITIL.

In answer to your question Spennny, not me, I have the managers ITIL certificate instead, a colleague of mine has the full lot of Six Sigma, I'll ask him what was involved - I know it was an overseas training course/exam.

No, I managed to cry off that one. 3 days of the Foundation was bad enough.

Got a Green belt. I like the process but a lot of it seems to be common sence. Our place is very lean anyway so the gains are getting smaller now.

I've got to do the managers ITIL V3 bridging course - the ITIL V3 foundation bridge was tedious enough. Still looks good on a CV!!
