    Default Vectra 2.2 sri hid kit fitting

    hello, did anybody else out there have any problems fitting the off side control unit as the air box was in the way as its shaped to fit the inner wing?????????????

    Depends what kit you've got,if it's a single box ballast you can bolt it to the slam panel above the h/light or to the crash can underneath the h/light,HTH.

    the kit has 2 balasts and two small bulb checker relays,the lights are brilliant but i think some tiding up of the wires is in order,has anybody managed to put the rubber headlight rear covers back on? if so how?

    Mine went back on. IIRC I drilled a small hole for the wires to pass through

    If you take the air box out, then you'll notice a gap where you can pass the ballast through and stick it to the inside of the wing, that's where mine is and it fits bob on - its a bit tight, but goes through ok.

    above thats where mine ended up,it took longer deciding where to put the os balast than fitting the lights,
