    Default So p****d off

Really p***ed off at the moment, gave my car a good clean yesterday only to find bright blue spots of paint on my car goes from the bonnet to the windscreen onto the roof and down to the petolcap. My work have been having the outside of the building painted and somehow have manged to get it onto my car. spoke to the company painting it and they said they will tcut it off. I told them where to go. then they offered me £100 to get it valeted to seee if this would work. Does anyone have any ideas how i will get this off only had my car 2 months just dont know what to do.

Exactly what type of paint is it? Is it exterior wall paint, wood paint etc. as that may determine the best course of action.

would get in touch with a detailer / paint correction person......vxrmarc is apparently across a few forums and is HIGHLY recommended...
Someone like him would be able to sort it and send the bill to the company.........

I would not except any payment as once you do you could not take any further action against them if the paint did not come off. I would ask them to take if through their insurance to get it done properly. My mate had a similar thing with a VX dealer who managed to spray undercover in tiny droplets all over his car, would not come off so now needs a respray. They offered him some money to go away but luckly for him he did not take it!

Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?

what have the painters been painting blue??? its highly unlikely that the blue paint will be a water based primer its more likely to be oil based, this could prove more tricky, good luck
