Diagnostic Scanners / Machines

All,

Just after info / advice / thoughts on the few diagnostic scanners that are out there?

Obviously tech 2 being the best - but anyont tried any others, and how do they compaire cost wise?

Used to have a Saab, and am good friends with a saab specialist, and I can potentially get a used tech 2, but that is still going to be a good few hundred quid..

thoughts on others?

at a few hunderd quid i'd still snap it up as they are thousands too buy 3k ish IIRC. A few lads on here use vauxcom with a laptop and from what i understand it doenst do everything a tech2 does but its the next best thing and a fraction of the cost i think its around £600

yeah - when I say a few hundred - I mean a GOOD few hundred - he was talkin £800 - £900.... not sure I can justify that on something that I may use not so often.
