Drinky's baking masterclass!!!!

With the festive season fast approaching, myself and the three other Team Leaders in the office decided it would be a bit of fun to have a mince pie bake-off , to be judged by our HR manager (who is known to be a culinary expert!!!)

Having never baked mince pies before, I turned to the expert tuition of Drinky, ex-Master baker, who kindly showed me the tricks of the trade

Once we'd made two batches of mince pies, we got a little carried away and as per the below, have ended up with 2 dozen fairy cakes, a handful of choc chip cookies, and three loaves of bread!!!!

I've just been sitting by the open fire, toasting my home made bread anyone just a little bit jealous then??!?!?!?!!?!
