Fall out 3 or Gears of war 2?

As the title suggests, which one is better? Can't really justify both at the moment

Sean, I think Pete is the best man to ask, he's got both games.
I think he has spent more time on Fallout 3 though.

My lad has got Gears 2, but I'm not really a fan (did play a bit on the first one)
He's asked 'Santa' for fallout 3, so no doubt Dad will be playing on that

by the way Sean, how are you getting on with Fable 2?

Hey Ian, not got too much time to play on it but I do like it. I'm not a fan of the fact you need to run around doing tasks and things. How about you?

Got to the end of the game on my first save with the male hero.
My other save had a good female character until the other night when me & Pete went around slaughtering innocents & causing mayhem.

She's now got devil horns & evil eyes

Hi Sean, 2 very different types of games, fallout 3 is an RPG, and it has very big maps, its made by the same people that done oblivion ad its quite similar, so if you've played oblivion and liked it then you'll love it, so far i've played fallout 3 for around 60 or so hours so far, got a bit left to do and there are 3 lots of downloadable content coming out for it in the new year, one lot a month from January, GOW2 is brilliant but quite short, online can fun though, if you liked the 1st GOW then you'll like GOW2 as its pretty much identical...

ahh Sean, just seen that your not a fan of running around doing tasks, so fallout 3 might not be the best choice as thats all it mainly is..

Lol... I lost my halo on fable2 aswell when me and Ian played online, all those innocents didnt like being slaughtered at all we've boh now got evil characters...

i've still got both GOW and Oblivion if you'd like to borrow them, was going to do some more on oblivion, only because its similar to fallout3, but i can wait if you want to borrow it...
Mirrors edge is good, but quite short..

Left 4 dead seems to be being played a lot lately by some of my xboxlive freinds in the US..

COD5, i've completed it within days of release, its quite easy even on hardend and veteran but only done around 30 mins online, had my fill of that with nearly 20 days of online play in Cod4 (which i still prefer)
