    Default alarm system

    has any body fitted a right click car alarm system to their car (item 110301320066 on ebay) are they any good? are they easy to fit as i already have the siren in the boot. sorry don't know how to do a link to ebay.

    TBH I think you'll find it vey hard to fit and work with the Cambus. I know GG had big probs getting an alarm to work.

    have also looked at microscan an700 alarm which works off the existing remotes and is activated with central locking, sounds like this is going to be a better option.

    As Rushy said - ask a pro before you go out and buy anything - the CANBUS control system makes assing anything aftermarket seriously difficult.

    fitting it and getting to work is easy ,

    the thing is why would you put a very cheap low grade alarm on your car ,go for a alarm that has lots of backup like laserline and you'll get a full lifetime warranty

    you shouldnt be paying more than £250 fully fitted to get your car upgraded to a full cat 1 alarm

    The Vec C comes with Cat 1 as standard.
