Headlight Switch

What does the white flick switch do on the inside of the headlights?
Just been flicking mine (the switch) and can't remember what position it went in, up or down!

its for driving abroad m8
it moves the beam
not sure where it goes tho

normaly the lever just cuts off the kick up on the beam leaving you with a flat beam not one with a kick up to the left

There is also one on the other headlight and it is for converting the beam alignment and pattern for use when driving on the 'wrong' side of the road when abroad.

If you're in the UK...

LH headlamp - Lever down
RH lamp - lever up

..and opposite of that when abroad.

I'd have probably set them both up the same direction
- up, up or down, down.
