Maybe if a motorist is caught speeding in future and say,s he/she is sorry for going over the limit they will be let off. Save the police all their paper work.....................Some how I doubt it will come into force though.

as there is money in it at the end of the day.

Right, i'm off to steal a car, drive it into my local Comet, nick some tellies whilst beating up the salesmen and women at the same time, then after a 2 hour police pursuit i'll stop the car, get out and say sorry then get the bus home.

As i have no police record, what a result!!!!!

Well don't let me advocate it to you Neil, I don't want you getting in the poo over something I typed here, or anyone else for that matter.

It seems to me there is a plan to disorganise England, without wishing to alienate anyone Scottish, but it is your countrymen who have veen sitting in Whitehall for the last ten years and it's the last ten years that things have really degraded, coincidence maybe, but it all came on the back of that ole fable Braveheart, now if Scot's are to believe that film then they should be aware that the English can do the same and if someone comes to power with the same ideals as the old King in that film, yee foooked!
