    Default Revs/Speed 2.2dti Sri

    Hi there,

I drive a 53 plate 2.2dti Sri and was wondering for those of you who also have one, What are your revs at 70mph?

Reason I ask is I think mine have gone up of late, but I don't know if im being paranoid or not.

Mine currently sit at a fraction over 2000rpm when cruising at 70mph but im sure they used to be at around 1750rpm??

    Any help folks?

cheers guys...like i say, i think im just being paranoid. If you lot say 2000rpm then that is great.

ive had a few problems with fuel consumption lately but could it be down to a dodgy batch of diesel i got at somerfield 2 weeks ago? i never usually fill there.

    i usually average about 44-45mpg.

ive only been getting 35-37mpg over the past 2 weeks. However, I filled up on monday (not at somerfield) and im doing roughly 40mpg at the minute and it appears to be rising (slowly).
