    Default Whats it worth?

What is my car worth? It's took me a while to get it nearly finished with the amount of hours I have been doing at work. I have spent a fortune on it. It stands me £3000 now. At the moment I am doing 12 hour shifts 7 days a week. I get a weekend off every 2 weeks I work, so I have managed to get some stuff done to the car then. The main reason I am wanting to sell it, is a need to pay for some training at work. Work started to train me, but then stopped it after I had two assessments. I think it's with the credit crunch going on. The training is very important to me! The other point is I don't need a car, I have a company van so what's the point of having a £3000 car sitting on my drive all the time that might only get used once a week. It's been a fun project, but with me keep throwing money at it, it's getting to me a little now. It's just a money pit sitting on my drive way. Anyway the car is an Sri 2.2 petrol, 2002 52 reg. Lovely in red, new shape front end with Irmscher grill. What needs finished is both front seat belt pre tensioners, passenger airbag, airbag module, foglight harness (I have the old one and it might repair), front bumper rubber trim. That's it. Would I get more money for it finished or should I let it go cheaper not finished? I am just fed up with spending on it. Cheers

Blimey! That's come on well mate! Thing is at the end of the day it's a 52 plate! You've also got to remember that Vx are selling 08 reg 1.8s for £7800 now with a years Network Q!

How much do you think it needs in time and money to get it on the road?

    Amazing transformation though mate

Not much time at all. Fasten the two Seat belt Pre tensioners to the seats, fit the passenger airbag (quick and easy). I would think about £350 should have that sorted. I might have some seat belt tensioners coming soon. I need to ring a guy up tomorrow morning about some from an Sri . I will keep plodding along as best I can til the auction ends, not that I want to keep adding more of my money. If I get those seat belt things at least I can Mot the car then.
