    Default misty windows

    the windows on my 2007 sri keep getting like a hazy film on them which can be seen when the sun shines on them use good quality glass polish etc car dry inside going to change pollen filter its dry (drain holes clear ) but a bit mucky....ANY IDEAS ANYONE

    could be you need to change your pollen filter and check the drain holes arent blocked up with dead leaves etc

    If it's a hazy film, as opposed to condensation, then it's due to the 'vapours' given off by the plastic trim on the dash. All you can do really is keep giving it a regular clean with glass polish etc.

    if you use the air con or climate alot this can cause haze on the windows

    do either smoke in ur car?? and if u have had a front screen replaced their could be a prob with the bond line inwich holds the screen in so water/moisture can get in just have look mate polish on interior glass can put a film on it where as a good window cleaner is the best i work for rac autowindscreens so we get to sort alot of this. however we use some of i think the best glass cleaner out its fantastic will work alot better than polish. im sure u will have 1 of our fitting centres near u so pop in with spray bottle and we will sort u some out. (for free) every1 loves free

    How long after a clean until it hazes again?

    I clean mine with a damp MF with a bit of Megs APC on it. I then use AG window polish.
