    all depends how much ya wanna spend... from the most posts on here i'd say a set of blistiens or eibach for the money ya cant go wrong... unless ya wanna splash out on a set of irmy ones

    Eibach's are the best as thats what irmscher use,but LMF do Jamex springs for £80.........
