Have you posted this in the 'engine & drivetrain' forum ?

I wouldn't be removing any harnesses without first confirming the problem.

Maybe just a bad injector ? Is your car remapped etc ?

Now moved to there from the diesel tuning section as more likely to get viewed/replies.

No its not remapped but I did have a tuning box but thats been off for over a month!

Im pretty positive its my 3rd injector plug, coz every time I clean the connections its fine for a day or two then slowly starts to judder again. Iv just given the pins another clean and cable tied it in place coz there was a little play in the plug! Im looking to find an 'injector plug rework kit' to fix this issue??

Is the car still in warranty? As it was a common problem on older cars and maybe, just maybe, you'll get a little sympathy from Vauxhall if it's just out of warranty.

Wasn't there a recall for this?

Cheers plasma! I went to FRF my local Vx dealer last tuesday and asked about getting a new injector loom, he just looked at me stupid then searched the system and found nothing! He told me to check the loom on my car for a part number but I cant find anything?

I have a part number here for what I think is the 'Modified Injector Wiring Loom', is this what I need:

    Part Number - 93189918
    Kat Number - 62 86 769
