Default Vectra Diesel fuel filtre removal from bulkhead crash cage

Hi, This has been driving me mad. I cannot see how to release the fuel filtre from the bulkhead crash cage assembly.
My haynes manual is a bit vague saying that there is a clip on the right of the crash cage, which after the top and bottom electrical comnnectors on the actual filter have been released you can move it to either drain the water or change the filtre element.
Can anyone help me with this please.
    Is there a clip ???
    Advice appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Readster
