    Open up the web page then open up Outlook

    In Outlook> Insert Hyperlink. (From the Insert Tab)

    Put the Text (e.g. HERE) in the, "Text to display" box.

    Go back to the web page and then when you go back to the email it automatically
    puts the address into the address box.

    Then click OK.

    but I think you need to have Office XP (or at least Outlook XP) or newer to be able to do it.

    I think in Office 2000 and older you can still hyperlink but it doesn't allow you to change the text to what you want.

    Bri.

    Office 2007 (Newest Version) Student & Teacher only about £50 - £60 for real copy if you search the net for Windows or Office 2008 Newest Version for Mac.

    I have the office 2003 on the works lappy, thats what i wanted it for,

    I will try it on my computer, it has office 2008, will let you know how it goes

    Soooooo

    Extensive reaserch has revealed it can be done and this is how

    Open a new mail and Write for example

    Vectra C club is here


    You then highlight the " HERE" and then go to " Insert " on the email your writing and then add hyperlink,in the new windo add your link your " HERE " should then have an underline in it.......... and thats it

    4 days research for that ................ cant you see am busy at work
