    Default Was given this diagnostic tool to try?

    Mac tool ET50

    But it wont read anythin or deleate.

    Is this not me or is it the tool not the right one

    Reason i am asking is i want to clear any falts the car has shown since it was F U B A R

    Cant help with the reader mate, but just disconnecting the battery for 30 mins will clear any codes.

    The most troublesome codes, including diagnostic trouble codes of the power train system and the controller area network, are easily exposed with the ET50.


    so apparently it should support canbus

    Says so in the manuel. Do i need to prss somthin in the car whilst plugging in or somthin simmiler?
