will these surrounds fit on to the vect c pre facelift??

yes if they came from a pre facelift signum
lots of people have done it including myself.

do you have to remove the fors first or does the old black surround just unclip?

You have to removed bumper and fogs to fit,very easy,about 20 minutes to do it all.......

easy m8
3 torx screws in each front wheel arch
lift bonnet and remove the push rivets on the bumper in between lights
4 push rivits under the car on the bottom of the bumper.
diconnect air sensor and fogs.
pull the side of the bumper out from the clips.
then lower to the ground gently.
unscrew fogs and replace surround.
put it all back together.

20-30 mins

pulling the side of the bumper is the worst as sometimes it need a good pull.
