    Default Adjusting the headlight beam

My Driverside Headlight has always been directed a little higher than the nearside. Is there any way to manually adjust the beam at home? It's not a huge amount, but they are different none the less.
I know the garage can do them, but I can't be arsed to take it in just to have this done

Yep, there's a little screw/knob on/inside the headlamp that adjusts the height. Can't recall exactly where it is. As GG said, it's too dark/cold/wet to go out and poke my head under the bonnet! lol

I'll have a peek tomorrow if you haven't sussed it by then. The garage will obviously do it spot on with the beam deflector/lens thingy as it can sometimes be difficult to get it right manually.

Well, I think you can see them in these pics from me how2 ?

I believe you twiddle the white/grey coloured bits on top of the bits sticking out, glad I can make that sound so clear, lol.
I think they are allen keys if memory serves.
Don't ask why I didn't think of the pics earlier, lol.

You can use an allen key or a philips screwdriver to adjust them.

Done Easily accessible with the bonnet up. I had to adjust the driverside one about 4 turns clockwise to suit. Now they are identical. I know because I parked the car at the end of my road with the lights on then walked halfway up the road to face it, then crouched down until my eyes were level with the beams. I did this until both blinded me at exactly the same time. Not exactly scientific, but good enough

As for what the neighbours must have thought? Um......

Thanks for the heads up guys
