    Default the idea was good

have a few buildings in town with blue neon lights on the side of them, so though it would be a good chance to take some pics of the Valentines in use. so these are the best of the bunch. please don't laugh to hard. i can clean a car but i cant take pictures

    Good Recce. shots.

You need a tripod and set the camera for a long exposure. 20 seconds or more. Would look good if you can find the right location.

I can clean the car and get take a reasonable picture of the car itself but I'm hopeless in terms of picking a background. I just look at the car and don't see what's around it. Very frustrating.

it was early this morning, no people. what i actually saw was amazing loads of blue lines down the car. i think i will read the manual for the camera and have a go out side on the drive, then when i am a bit more confident go back

i think more of how to frame it than the car its self, maybe we could do a photography meet now that would be really sad the wife already thinks Ive gone nuts getting up at 6 to go take pics of the car really don't know what you lot have done to me

get a tripod, even a tiny tripod makes things a whole heap better

You should be proud of the fact that you are thinking about backgrounds and lighting, many don't
