Revs dropping when coming to a standstill

Hi

When I brake in neautral coming to standstill the revs drop below normal idel speed, almost like it's going to stall.

Car is a 57 plate 1.9 CDTI 150.

Any ideas? Is it just the draw on the engine to power the brake servo?

This definitely shouldn't happen. Sounds like a fuel error or a faulty sensor! Time to get it in to dealers!!!!

same thing has started happening on my 1.9 cdti this morning.

happens on mine too??? mines an 05 plate 150???

have had this on a few petrol vauxhalls if it goes to stall then picks up before settling down,possiblly the airflow meter
