Rogue MOT station?

Hi Guys. Sorry to post a link to another forum, but my mate who is a member showed me the thread and i think its worth a read - especially if you live in the Bradford area;

Thats ludicrous. How can all that be sorted in a day!

No disrespect to anyone from Bradford, but I saw a Damaged Vec-C SRI CDTI once and was going about to go an see it, then took a last glance at piccies and found that it had a 4-spoke steering wheel on it and LS back lights and rear bumper, so I questioned the guy and he said he knew nothing of previous accident damage and had the HPI report there with him which shown only as it being a Cat-D from the current damage, so I rang DVLA, yep as I thought, it had been a Cat-C before and had now been a Cat-D for this damage.

So I HPI'd it to see what it told me, and it stated both Cat-C and something about write off again, so I questioned the guy and he said "oh, i thought you meant what it was written off as now and said that yes he originnally bought it as a Cat-C with Front and Rear Damage....sorty didnt add up!
