now its dark night s the lights on the vec arent the best in the world so what sort of bulbs can i put it safely and legallysee some cars coming towards me and they blind u with there lights and they are just main beam ,, bairn want s me to get the blue type colour doesnt bother me as long as they are bright and i can see thinks in front haha also prices and sizes

People who blind you are morons, they need their lights adjusted.

I run HIDs in my dips, they're awesome. They're also adjusted properly.

If you don't want HIDs, then the Philips X-Treme or Osram Nightbreakers are both good options. Halfords are doing their +80% bulbs on BOGOF at the moment too.

philips x-treme 80+ are best halogens- about £25/pair on ebay

not a patch on hids though.....

Stay away from blue bulbs- look good but have bad light output

just put in osram nightbreakers in both dip and main, found out northwales police are using them so whats good for plod

Just put them in mine main & dip, defo brighter, but no where near 90 or 80% as claimed. VX standard Philips bulbs are crap....
