reseting the trip computer

hi all.,just got my 08 cdti sri vectra yesterday, mucho impressed . the dealer is sending me out the handbook some im lost till i get it , so just a quick question ,how do you reset the trip computer and mpg one, also any other tips and advice most welcome cheers mark

scroll through the functions with the left scrollwheel on the steering wheel until you find the one you want, push the scrollwheel into the spoke and hold for 2 or 3 seconds to reset.
any other tips? never trust anyone whose eyes are too close together and don't have a 5hit and fall backwards.

If that fails, as the scrolls never worked on mine, press the BC button on your stereo and use the up and down arrows on the stereo to find the one you want to reset and then simply press and hold the right arrow button on the steroe for a few secs and hey presto! HTH!

Yep, they worked for all radio functions etc but just not the trip, tried pressing the scroll down but did nowt! Aint got the car now, but will try it in my dad's facelift sri!
