Default Is the MGTF a girlie/hairdressers car?

Am contemplating getting rid of my TVR as it never gets driven due to reliabilities issues etc and my missus won't drive it. Am considering swapping for an MG TF the quick one (160bhp 0-60 in 6.9secs version) but am concerned it is a bit of a girlie/hairdressers car and would be embarrasing after the old tvr.

    Thoughts please!

Sorry but I say all convertibles are girls cars. A T-bar is a mans convertible but they don't make them any more.

    What TVR you got?

I know the MX5 and TF fall into a similar category of cars but in my head the MX5 is definitely a no for me. I just couldn't bring myself to be seen in it!

Compared to the MG, I'd keep the Trevor.

I know that but in the last year it has cost me approx £3k and I've managed to do about 100 miles in it!!

I need something more reliable that I don't have to worry about going places in with the fear of not being able to get back without the RAC!
