    Default rear windscreen heating element

    Does anyone know how to repair rear windscreen elements ? some of the "bars" on the rear windscreen do not work.

    You used to be able to buy a repair kit years ago,worth a try at a motor factors......

    Yep. I remember them, it contained a conductive paint that you painted onto the break in the element.

    I would use masking tape and draw in the gap for a neat job.

    They have it at Maplins. I used it many years ago & with care does a reasonable job although you may have to top it up occasionally
