chrome boot strip removal

simple question peeps... How?

The the Tail gate boot trim has to come off. Then there is a series of clips to undo but be careful as the strip is really weak and it is very easy to bend/break.

4 bolts to undo when I took mine off, 2 at either end that are visible when you open the boot and 2 more when you take the boot trim off. I was putting a brand new one on so it didn't matter that the lugs on the clips broke, tbh I'm not sure how to get it off without breaking them!

at that price i would be as carefull as you can and if you break any you could stikaflex it back on in places
