Noisy Heater Fan

My heater fan has just started making a clicking noise when on 1 or 2. It gets louder at 3 and anything above that, it is very noisy and I can feel the fan vibrating when my left foot is on the footrest.

I thought at first it might be the bearings, but it sounds as if it is unbalanced (e.g. a broken blade? But I imagine it's a centrifugal fan??).


Any ideas?

Got the same problem.. but mine keeps blowing the heator resister aswell! any ideas?
