Scared sh*tless!!

Went with my future son-in-law to his mates garage earlier today and whilst we was there his mate was showing us a 1990 Ford Fiesta 1.6 Turbo what hes been doing up. Reckons hes spent at least 3k on it. He's made a crackin' job of it to be fair, its pumping out something like 220bhp, 0-60 in just over 4 secs! "Want a ride in it?" he asks us both. I thought why not. Oh my God, the power absolutely scared me sh*tless! Have had a few quick cars myself over the years but NOTHING anywhere near as quick as this 'little' Fiesta. Would i want it for myself? NO!!! Honest, it was a pleasure to get back in my 3.0 Signum, plenty fast enough for me thank you very much!...and a heck of a lot more quieter and smoother. I'm just showing my age now i know lol

P.S; Nice to be here to tell the tale...just.

That happend to me once on the back of my cousins motorbike. He opened it up from standstill and I honestly thought I was going to fall off the back

And i thought i was pretty fearless, that soon went out the window today! Nah, my Siggie's plenty fast enough for me and a damn sight more comfy too.
Thing is, i can't stop thinking just how fast that car was, totally surreal! I suppose it does feel faster being as it's a small car eh? Another ride MrLubberLubber.....i don't bl**dy think so lads!

I know how you felt. I have a car enthusiast mate who owns a Subaru RB5 and an Evo V11. He took me out in the evo the day after he got it and I thought I was going to die. I spent the whole trip with my feet buried in the foot well and my teeth clenched
