just a heads up for members unaware..........as title says increase in crossing charges ......hmmmmmmm not bad seeing as how they were only going to charge till the cost of building the bridge was recouped ..

Anyways us locals get 50 free crossing for a cost of a tenner a year ,so cant grumble lol

Next time you cross over ask them which peice it is that you have just brought and will they help you load it in the back of your car

Jeez! Robbing barstewards!! As you say, it was only meant to be until the bridge was paid for and that was a few years ago now. They soon changed their minds on that one and Le Crossing company was born!!

I've got a Dart-Tag - do you know what the new rate is going to be for that?

How 'local' is local? cos we're moving out to Kent by January '09 and the crossing will be virtually on our doorstep.

You probably have to live in it's shadow knowing the tightwads at Kent County Council!
