not been to brum for a few years, but the best option for me (I live in stoke) was to catch the train! it was a cheap return straight into new st, only drove in a couple of times, each time the M6 was a right pain! If I was to drive in today I would probably head for the bullring, only because I dont really know the area that well!![]()
I went a couple of years ago & parked near the Mailbox in a council run car park, can't remember what the road was called though
I go to it when its in Liverpool - its great!

The one in Manchester this year is supposed to be the best in Europe

Yeah the market is great, I think I parked in the Bullring last time. Nice and close, so you can do your shopping in the stores as well.

We go most years. It is very good with a good atmostphere. We park on a "bomb site" car park by the law courts not far from the fire station. Worth a visit if you want to see something a little different.
I must admit the one in Chester was very good last year.
I'll be going next Saturday. I may get the train in as it avoids the traffic.
The Mailbox is a good carpark, very well lit and secure, I used it a couple of weeks ago.
We're going next Sat too, not been before so hope its good. Train + Taxi for us though, so I can have a drink too! Never really had to park round Brum, try to avoid going there at all costs! Think as said though, Bullring/Mailbox will be your best bet![]()
